He’s an award-winning communications consultant, an in-demand speaker and trainer, and a Second City-trained actor. In former lives he was a vice president at Ogilvy PR, press secretary to the Ohio Attorney General and a nonprofit and association executive in Washington, DC. Rob has authored three fun, practical books that use lessons from the world of show business to help people succeed in their business. His latest book is Unleash the Power of Storytelling: Win Hearts, Change Minds, Get Results.
Tyler Krowiorz joined Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company in 2009 and currently serves as Brand Marketing Manager.
Tyler’s primary focus is to drive awareness of the jewelry insurance category, preference of the Jewelers Mutual brand, and bolster top-line growth through integrated marketing & advertising plans, key strategic partnerships, and corporate growth initiatives.
Prior to Jewelers Mutual, he held consumer marketing positions at JanSport where he partnered with national retailers, college bookstores, and advertisers to drive sales of JanSport backpacks and apparel.
When not in the office, Tyler can be found cheering on the Brewers from Section 116 of Miller Park, diving through vintage vinyl collections at local record stores, or continually disappointing his wife and five-year old son with his inability to cook.
Tom is an evangelist for digital testing and has pushed a test-first mindset for the past 3+ years at Kohl’s. He has a passion for analytics, experimentation and optimization. He has 6+ years experience in digital. His specialties include: A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, web analytics, ecommerce, data implementation strategy, data storytelling and site optimization.
Jessie Kreke is a Senior Marketing Manager for Culver Franchising System, LLC. (CFS), the franchisor for over 650 Culver’s Frozen Custard & ButterBurgers restaurants. Jessie joined Culver’s in 2011. Her areas of experience range from web site best practices, digital promotions, social media, and local restaurant marketing. Jessie is responsible for the seamless digital experience for Culver’s guests that matches the highly-lauded offline hospitality. She also leads the Thank You Farmers Project, Culver’s Cause Marketing initiative, and works with the National FFA Foundation as well as local ag organizations and Culver’s restaurants on fundraising for Ag Education. Jessie’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and continuing education for web design and development with Madison College.
Tony Gnau is the Founder and Chief Storytelling Officer at T60 Productions, a Milwaukee video production company. He’s a three-time Emmy Award-winning journalist and T60 Productions has won 13 Telly Awards for its corporate videos. Tony is also a former college football player, Star Wars geek, and a devoted husband and father.
John Dempsey is a Senior Digital Strategist at Wieden + Kennedy, a global full-service creative agency based in Portland, Oregon, known for its award-winning work for Nike, Old Spice, KFC, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Airbnb, and more. He’s spent the last 3 years managing digital strategy for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Heather joined Marquette University’s College of Business Administration after working in community relations for WaterStone Bank. As associate director of external relations for the College of Business Administration and the Graduate School of Management, she serves as a facilitator between College faculty and staff and key regional constituents, connecting college courses with area organizations to expand experiential learning opportunities for business students while adding value to the Marquette’s external partners.
She works closely with the dean, in coordination with University Advancement, to expand the scope, depth, and level of relationships with external college constituencies, including alumni, friends, corporations and foundations; build bridges between the College and the business community; connect regional businesses and organization with course projects and other experiential learning opportunities; build strong relationships with corporate and community leaders and public officials for the purpose of raising awareness of the College; and connect students with internship and career opportunities.
She holds a B.S. in public relations from Illinois State University and an M.S. in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. An advocate of sustainable community and economic development, she co-founded the Tosa Farmers Market and the Enderis Park Farmers Market.

My current areas of work, includes helping clients migrate workloads onto cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS, researching/implementing processing pipelines to deliver scalable solutions (like using message queues, Azure functions/AWS Lambdas) and integrating hardware to create an ecosystem of platforms and devices to create a frictionless experience for end-users.
As the VP of Engineering at Laughlin Constable, I lead multiple teams of developers focussing on custom .NET, Java, PHP, Python development. I help teams grow in leveraging multi paradigm approaches (public/private cloud, NoSQL solutions, ML techniques), with the focus on using the right approach for a problem.

Aaron recently served as Co-Chair of the ANA Measurement Committee.

Joe Martinez is the Director of Paid Media and Community for Granular in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is also the current and founding President of MKEsearch.
